Local Full Time Driver – Class A Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement

Universal Oil is a 148 year old employee-owned fuel & lubricant company located in Cleveland. We are a 100% employee owned company. We are searching for an experienced candidate to fill a truck driver position. We are looking for a safe, outgoing, detail-oriented person who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A day in and day out focus on customer support, service and the ability to learn technical aspects of products are crucial to this position. The candidate should have at least 3 years Class A CDL driving experience. This is a local position and driver will be home every night. Overtime is available as necessary/need be – 40 hour work week guaranteed. Clean driving record is critical for the position. Our drivers are a part of the Teamsters local 507.

2nd shift hours are from 6PM - 3AM, M-F and involves daily interaction with customers, sales people and all office personnel, so exceptional verbal communication skills are a must. Successful candidate will have opportunity to drive a wide range of vehicles including box trucks, bulk oil and fuel trucks.

As we are focused on serving northern Ohio, primarily from Toledo to Erie PA
