Logistics Coordinator – Full-Time
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a seamless customer experience? Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our production, sales, and service operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•
Coordinate and schedule new production projects; follow up to ensure timelines are met
•
Assist the Sales Team with appointment scheduling and project planning
•
Review and approve service sales; develop corresponding job plans
•
Order windows and submit permit paperwork as required
•
Conduct confirmation and quality assurance (QA) calls with customers
•
Dispatch work orders to subcontractors and maintain communication
•
Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Customer Care Manager
•
Complete required training videos to stay up to date with company standards
•
Provide backup support to the Customer Care Team when needed

Qualifications
•
Proficient in office systems and standard computer software
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
•
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
•
Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
Schedule & Compensation
•
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (in-office)
•
Status: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
•
Reports to: Customer Care Manager
