Job Opportunity: Machine Maintenance / Fabricator

Are you a skilled technician and/or mechanic with a passion for machinery and fabrication? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance / Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines, fabricating machines, and replacement parts for production.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

•

Fabricate, assemble, and modify machine parts and components.

•

Perform quality inspections to ensure parts and machines meet production standards.

•

Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

•

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

•

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or trade certification preferred.

•

Proven experience in machine maintenance, fabrication, or related fields.

•

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine.

•

Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.

•

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

•

Basic working knowledge of PLC’s and motor drives a plus.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•
