Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a production and fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating various machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes, and it requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Duties
•
Operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal performance and output.
•
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
•
Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
•
Perform routine maintenance on machines, identifying any mechanical issues that may arise.
•
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any operational challenges.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Experience
•
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
•
Basic math skills are essential for measuring materials and calculating dimensions.
•
Experience with machining processes and the use of precision measuring instruments is highly desirable.
