Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.


Duties

•
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

•
Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
•
Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
•
Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality.
•
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
•
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
•
Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
•
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.


Requirements

•
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
•
Experience with logic controllers is preferred for troubleshooting automated systems.
•
Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various trades.
•
Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
•
Knowledge of residential painting techniques and materials.
•
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising others in a maintenance setting.
•
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients or tenants.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
