Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? Alliant Energy is seeking a dedicated Manager of Customer Operations for our Central Area Region. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of field employees in Portage, ensuring the seamless execution of construction, maintenance, and emergency response projects. Your expertise in engaging with union leadership and understanding bargaining unit contracts will be invaluable.
As the key contact for company leadership within the community, you will build and maintain strong relationships with community officials and retail customers. Primary residence must be within a reasonable distance of designated headquarters and within 40 minutes of an operating center in the zone(s) for which employee is responsible.

Required Experience* + 5 years of experience in large electric construction, gas and electric operations, project management, or related work 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent. (Equivalent supervisory experiences may include project management, providing work direction, leadership experience through temporary assignments, roles in the community or external organizations, or other demonstrated leadership experience.)

Pay Range:
$104,000 - $143,000
This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
