About the role:

Reporting to the ERP Program Delivery Director, the Lead, ERP Process Integration is responsible for overseeing and integrating all processes and functional area activities across the Enterprise Resource Program (ERP), making complex and highly integrated decisions which optimize for business value, and set the program’s rhythm. Expected team size is approximately 30-40 people and leading +20 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through various cycles.

To be successful, we are looking for a team player who can build relationships and articulate complex project details across cross-functional stakeholder groups and existing teams. Someone who is a critical thinker who drives best-in-class business solutions and implements organizational change. Building strong relationships, earning trust and guiding stakeholders are vital skills in this role.
