Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing complex processes and systems within our manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Responsibilities

Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Utilize engineering tools such as AutoCAD and Creo for designing layouts and tooling.
Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CNC operations and welding processes.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure product quality and compliance.
Engage in continuous improvement projects, employing methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive operational excellence.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, including quantum engineering applications, to assess potential impacts on production.
Provide technical support and training to staff on new processes, tools, or technologies.


Requirements

Degree in Robotics.
Experience managing a complete ROI, Design, Procurement, programming, Build, Implementation, and Training.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Creo) and programming skills are highly desirable.
Experience with CNC machinery and tooling design is preferred.
Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Knowledge of GD&T principles is essential for ensuring product specifications are met.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
