Position Summary:

The Production Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in manufacturing and production processes. The Production Specialist will work closely with various departments to maintain and improve production standards, ensure quality control, and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

· Perform routine troubleshooting of production equipment.

· Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

· Conduct quality control checks to maintain high product standards.

· Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and processes.

· Maintain accurate production records and reports.

· Implement and follow safety protocols and guidelines.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.

Qualifications:

· Ability to stand and walk throughout the production floor continuously.

· Ability to regularly bend, push and pull materials.

· Ability to frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
