Marketing/Office Manager

```Duties```

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth

- Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns

Run Facebook and instagram ads plus ad daily content to boost customer engagement

Experience with Google ads daily running of google ads and other strategic platforms

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Collaborate with product management team to ensure effective product positioning and messaging

- Manage company website using WordPress or similar CMS platforms

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools

- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and website content

- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials

- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to measure and report on key performance indicator

Update and run Facebook and Instagram ads .

Create successful content to engage customer . Photos and videos

```Requirements```

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred

- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies and best practices

- In charge of office and office staff scheduling of appointments . Inbound and outbound calls. Customer engagement .

- Monitor and delegate other work as necessary to office employees

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo

- Familiarity with product management principles and practices

- Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen attention to detail

- Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to create effective sales enablement materials

- Budgeting experience and the ability to allocate resources effectively

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing efforts. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, creating engaging content, managing the company website, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, experience with marketing automation tools, knowledge of product management principles, proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms, strong analytical skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and familiarity with sales processes and e-commerce strategies.
