Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Mechanical Designer/Engineer? to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing mechanical systems for high-temperature industrial applications, including furnaces, kilns, and combustion systems.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and communicates clearly and professionally—both with clients and team members.


Responsibilities

•
Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
•
Create detailed schematics and drafts for manufacturing processes.
•
Collaborate with engineers to integrate logic controllers into designs.
•
Conduct system design analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
•
Utilize Creo for 3D modeling and simulations of mechanical designs.
•
Assist in the fabrication process by providing technical guidance and support.
•
Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress and challenges.


What We're Looking For

•
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or a related discipline.
•
7+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design, ideally for industrial or thermal systems
•
Proficient in 3D CAD design (SolidWorks or AutoCAD Mechanical)
•
Strong understanding of thermal systems, materials, fabrication techniques, and engineering standards
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional-level English
•
Naturally detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy and quality
•
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
•
P.Eng designation or eligibility is an asset
•
Willingness to travel to client sites for field work and commissioning

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
