Job Overview
•
Reduce maintenance costs.
•
Improve equipment reliability through the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
•
Plan, coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance projects, assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
•
Plan shutdown repairs
•
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs as needed.
•
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts.
•
Work with electrical systems, including logic controllers, to diagnose and resolve issues.
Requirements
•
Minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
•
Proficient with reading blue prints and schematics
•
Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software.
Bonus up to 4%.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Education:
•
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
•
Mechanical Maintenance in a cement plant: 3 years (Preferred)
