As a CAD Designer you will work as part of a design team. You will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, reading blueprints and providing support to our project managers and engineers for the completion of successful jobs.
Job Description/Duties:
•
Designer & coordinator on projects
•
Responsible for production of drawings, design, and layout of plumbing & mechanical (Ductwork & Refrigeration Piping) systems.
•
Coordinating with structural and architectural components.
•
Report to CAD/BIM Manager for daily/hourly tasks.
•
Participate in training for CAD and Revit software.
•
Coordinate and work cohesively with the drafting and design team members.
•
Understand the importance of responsibility, accuracy, quality, and completing tasks on time.
Skills & Competencies:
•
Strong technical background
•
Solid knowledge of plumbing, ductwork, & refrigeration piping for large mixed-use & multi-residential buildings and hotels.
•
Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel
•
Ability to function independently and as a team player
•
Efficient and organized
•
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

•None
None
Physical Requirements:
•
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer
•
Ability to operate office equipment (examples; laptop, tablet, printer)
