Summary

An opening currently exists for a Metal Mart Store Manager position at the McElroy Metal Mart in Reno, Texas. This position manages retail store in selling of metal building components, supervises employees, counter sales, bookkeeping, marketing, inventory control, orders stock, and typical warehouse operations such as receiving, loading, unloading, safety as well as all administrative functions at the Metal Mart and reports to the Metal Mart Area Supervisor.

Reno is located just outside of Paris in beautiful North East Texas just south of the Red River. Paris has a population of 25,000 residents and is the shopping hub for Lamar, County. The city is known for its friendly people and is famous for having its own miniature Eiffel Tower. With a downtown square full of interesting architecture, local shops and restaurants, there are plenty of activities to do in the second largest Paris in the world. Paris is home to Paris Junior College, and both Kimberly Clark and Campbell Soup have large manufacturing facilities located there.

The store is located on heavily traveled Highway 82, which is a major east/west thoroughfare. The property contains one acre of land and 9,600 square feet of building. This location opened in the early 1990’s and is situated in the perfect demographics for the products that we sell. The store has Schechtl trim equipment, a Hyster 6500lb forklift, and a covered loading area. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate.
