Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operator/Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running lathes/mills and assembling mechanical rotary components. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to work with precision instruments and tools, and a strong understanding of mechanical assembly and rotary or gear systems.
Responsibilities
•
Assemble mechanical motors and systems using hand and power tools.
•
Utilize micrometers and calipers for precise measurements during the assembly process.
•
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
•
Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
•
Must have experience assembling high-speed rotating machinery or equipment, motors, compressors, electric motors, generators, airplane turbines, or magnetic assemblies.
•
Must have experience operating mills/lathes (manual or CNC).
