First Priority Restoration is a full-service restoration contractor specializing in restoring property damaged by fire, water, and storm. We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager skilled in both the residential and commercial rebuilding areas within the insurance restoration industry.

The Restoration technicians are the first responder to property loss situations and help to mitigate the damage in both residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling. The Mitigation manager must be able to guide and monitor them while carrying out these tasks.
