Mitigation Project Manager

FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Mitigation Project Manager. This position is responsible for all day-to-day management of assigned mold, water, and fire clean-up in the defined territory. This includes meeting with homeowners, estimating the project, communicating with insurance adjusters, and scheduling and managing mitigation technicians.

As an established Restoration, Construction & Cleaning Organization, we expect exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation. FP Property Restoration is the preferred vendor for multiple insurance carriers in Florida.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass the onboarding screening process, which may include a background check or drug test.

Job Responsibilities

· Handle and oversee the Daily Activities of The Emergency Service Crew, Including Coordinating with Project Managers to Aid with

· Manage Emergency Service Crews Efficiently and Effectively Therefore Jobs Come in On-Time and in Budget

· Writing Estimates as Needed for Water Mitigation, Mold, and Other Emergency Projects

· Attend Weekly Production Meetings with Management

· Use DASH & Encircle to Document All Projects

· Communicating with Insurance Carriers

· Meet with Homeowners: Secure Work Authorizations and Schedule

· Communicate with Management and Administrative Office Daily

· Must Keep All Notes and Documentation Updated on All Projects

· Ability To Climb Stairs/Stepstools/Ladders When Necessary

· Ability To Work Independently, Prioritize Work and Perform Multiple Tasks

· Utilization Of Technology and Adhering to Company Processes

Job Requirements

· Valid Driver’s License

· Pass Background Check

· 3+ Years Emergency Service/Water Mitigation Experience Required

· 3+ Years in Restoration Required

· Xactimate & Simbility Estimating Experience Preferred

· Water and Mold IICRC Certifications are Preferred

· Ability to Lift 50-100 Pounds Throughout the Day

· Exemplary Customer Service Skills

· Strong Communication via Email, Phone, and Text

· Be Available 24/7 to Handle Emergency Jobs
