New Business Development Manager

Are you ready to lead the charge in the future of digital infrastructure?  HF Sinclair is seeking a dynamic and strategic New Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Innovate™ portfolio—cutting-edge liquid coolants designed for the next generation of computing. This is your opportunity to shape the future of immersion cooling in high-performance compute environments, with a strong emphasis on data centers and blockchain and digital assets.  Ideal candidates would be based out of one of our office locations: Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, Mississauga, ON (CAD). Candidates remote to these locations will be considered.

Job Duties

Experience

Proven experience in business development or sales roles within any of the following fields: lubricants, compute, thermal management, liquid cooling for compute (immersion or direct to chip cooling). Research and/or product development experience in liquid cooling for compute is a plus.
