Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

•

Answer phone calls professionally, providing customer support and directing inquiries as needed.

•

Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

•

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

•

Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

•

Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.

•

Calculate profit and loss reports

•

Input promotional information on social media platforms

•

Assist with sales at trade shows / local fairs

Qualifications

•

Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Google Suite applications.

•

Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential.

•

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

•

Previous clerical or administrative experience.

•

Ability to type efficiently and accurately is required.

•

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Experience with Service Titan service management software preferred but not mandatory
