About This Job

Main job focus is to process daily, weekly and monthly billing for our customers. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to communicate and work with our other offices as needed.

Accounts Payable work to involve matching time sheets with hourly based quotes, matching work orders with quotes, verifying correct pricing and processing invoices.

Experience

•

Candidate must be proficient with Word & Excel

•

Must have excellent phone skills.

•

Must have excellent written & oral communication skills

•

Good customer service skills whether on the phone or via email.

•

Ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude.

•

Demonstrate ability to work in a high volume, fast paced department.

•

Ability to work with highly confidential issues with discretion.

•

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Duties

•

Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management.

•

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

•

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

•

Manage customer support tasks, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.

•

Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all office supplies are stocked.

•

Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and promptly.

•

Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
