We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced full-service Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team.
Will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial transactions and records. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a productive office environment. May perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking. Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparations.
