We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Office Manager to complete and oversee office and contract administrator functions as the company enters a new phase of growth. This role blends a variety of hands-on activities with the potential for management of a growing office/ admin staff. The Office Manager will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, playing a key role in company coordination, ownership support, and facility oversight. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the space running smoothly, coordinating internal logistics, supporting onsite events, and enabling leadership to focus on high-level priorities.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of QuickBooks, Google, Microsoft Word and Excel. Responsibilities include HR functions, job postings, The office manager/ contract administrator is also responsible for processing incoming contracts within our software system to produce work tickets, invoicing completed work and producing KPI reporting for operations, financial reports and accounts payable management. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with both creative vision and an appreciation for process and procedure.
