Oil & Gas-Vacuum Truck Yard Manager/Supervisor

Premier Tank Truck Service, PTT, www.premiertanktrucks.com, is seeking a team minded individual to supervise drivers and push trucks for an Oil Field Service company located in the Eagle Ford Shale surrounding Karnes City, TX. PTT runs a growing 24/7 oil field service company specializing in hauling and service work for drilling, completion and production operations and methane emissions reduction. · Lead personnel in multiple aspects, including but not limited to:

· CDL preferred but not required

· Managing driver hours

Pay is negotiable based on experience

· Training New and Existing Drivers

· Manage Dispatch to schedule drivers

· Reviewing and approving weekly employee time sheets

· Building new / retaining current customer relations

· Assist Shop and Fleet Management

· Coordinate weekly Safety meetings

· Review Service Tickets

· Have customer contacts preferred

· Learn dispatch duties/cover dispatch where needed

Requirements:

· 3-5 years’ experience supervising. Managing 10 trucks or more is a plus

· Class A CDL with tanker endorsement

· Reasonably Suspicion/ Safety training preferred

· Experience with vacuum truck equipment

· Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

· Understanding of oil field service industry regarding drilling, completion and production

· Strong Communications skills

· Computer skills required
