Job Description Summary

Key leader and liaison between the business and IT by providing production support and implementing business process improvement through process definition, configuration of and enhancements in the company's core ERP: Oracle R12 E-business Suite application. Central point of contact for development progress (including technical, functional and training documentation) of all SCM issues, on-going projects’ related changes, and enhancements (specifically for: WIP/PJM/Purchasing/Inventory/BOM/Order Management/WMS/Shipping/Pricing/Cost management modules of the company's core ERP). Key liaison between the business functions and DT for JV US and Norway operations. Directly responsible for providing bug fixes to resolve open ERP SCM related issues as well as implementing future solutions for supply chain operations.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

Be the ERP Workstream lead for: WIP/Repairs/Purchasing/Inventory/BOM/Order Management/WMS/Shipping/Pricing
Work with business functions to gather requirements to document functional specifications and process flows
Work with internal Supply Chain & finance partners to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements
Gather business requirements for enhancements, customizations and develop technical requirement documents
Consult ERP Digital Technology Leader on ERP “best practices” process implementation and drive end-to-end process implementation or improvements initiatives (design, test & deploy).
Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
Learn & Develop proficiency with the supply chain modules of Oracle E-business Suite and other tools used with ERP
Provide L1 and L2 end user support from root cause analysis through resolution with both onsite and offshore support resources
Promote user adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing and training
Responsible for proactive action regarding updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs/BPOs on existing or new ERP functionality
Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports
Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to maximize the use of Oracle throughout the organization
Plan, create, and execute detailed task list based on high-level goals and objectives
Participate in providing solutions for daily production issues or for any other maintenance activities which might also involve change management process
Test and document code updates. This includes unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business or Information Systems related fields (Master’s in science or business, preferred)
5+ years of related business and/or IT experience
4+ years of business analyst experience
3+ years of Oracle EBS or other ERP experience
At least 1 Full Cycle ERP implementation experience
Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain modules (Procurement-to-Pay, Material Master and BOMs, Production, Inventory Management, Logistics and Integration with Oracle Financials & Order to Cash)

Knowledge of Cloud integration middleware products such as: Dell-Boomi, Mulesoft etc.
Knowledge of the Security architecture (roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Rôles et responsabilités

Assumer le rôle de responsable des flux de travail ERP pour les éléments suivants : Travaux en cours (WIP)/Réparations/Achats/Stocks/Nomenclature/Gestion des commandes/Système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS)/Expéditions/Tarification
Travailler avec les services commerciaux pour recueillir les exigences en vue de documenter les spécifications fonctionnelles et les flux de processus
Travailler avec les services internes Chaîne d'approvisionnement et Finance pour comprendre et examiner la faisabilité des exigences commerciales
Rassembler les exigences opérationnelles pour les améliorations et les personnalisations, et rédiger des documents de spécifications techniques
Consulter le Responsable DT ERP sur la mise en œuvre des « bonnes pratiques » en matière de processus et conduire des initiatives d'implémentation ou d'amélioration de processus de bout en bout (conception, test et déploiement)
Analyser les lacunes dans les flux fonctionnels, proposer et concevoir une solution et réaliser une démonstration, pour les solutions standard et les solutions personnalisées
Monter en compétence et développer sa maîtrise des modules de chaîne d'approvisionnement de la suite Oracle E-business et d'autres outils utilisés avec les ERP
Fournir un support utilisateur de niveau 1 et 2, depuis l'analyse des causes premières jusqu’à la résolution, avec des ressources de support sur site et extérieures
Promouvoir l'adoption par les utilisateurs en organisant des tests d'acceptation et des formations
Réaliser des actions proactives concernant les mises à jour, y compris la recherche des problèmes connus, le test des principaux processus et la formation des SME/BPO sur les fonctionnalités existantes ou nouvelles des ERP
Collaborer avec la direction et les utilisateurs métier pour identifier les lacunes dans les rapports, concevoir les spécifications des rapports et tester les rapports développés
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'optimisation pour maximiser l'utilisation d'Oracle dans toute l'organisation
Planifier, créer et exécuter une liste de tâches détaillée basée sur les objectifs de haut niveau
Participer à la recherche de solutions pour les problèmes de production quotidiens ou pour toute autre activité de maintenance, pouvant également impliquer le processus de gestion du changement
Tester et documenter les mises à jour du code ; cela inclut les tests unitaires, les tests d'intégration de composants, les tests d'intégration système, les tests de performance, les tests de capacité et les revues de qualité


Qualifications Requises

BAC+3 dans un domaine lié au commerce ou aux systèmes d'information (Master en sciences ou en commerce, de préférence)
Expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine commercial et/ou en informatique
Solide expérience dans le domaine de l'analyse stratégique
Expérience avérée d’Oracle EBS ou d’un autre ERP
Expérience de la mise en œuvre d’un ERP, sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie
Expertise en conception de processus et en architecture pour des modules de chaîne d'approvisionnement : P2P (achat-paiement), fichiers de référence des matériaux et nomenclatures, production, gestion des stocks, logistique et intégration avec les modules financiers Oracle et OTC (commande-encaissement)


Qualifications Souhaitées
