Fleming’s HL is an industry leader in the world of public space lighting with an emphasis on seasonal lighting contracts. We are looking for highly qualified individuals that could fill a role on our team and grow with our company.
Our work and name is attached to entities like Amazon, Lumen Field, Bellevue Sq/Snowflake Lane, Seattle Parks and Recreation, Downtown Seattle Association, the Seattle Mayors Office, City of Kenmore, Auburn, Burien, Seatac, Woodinville and others.
We have obtained these contracts through 25 years of hard work and a dedication to perfection. Our goal is to stay focused on our core products, allowing us to be the best in those areas.
We understand that our product is only as good as the team members that are putting it out there, and are excited to find new team members in our continued pursuit to be the best.

We pay well above average for this kind of work, allowing our technicians to feel good about being apart of our team while also giving us the ability to build the highest caliber team possible. Starting pay for skilled workers that check all the boxes is $35 an hour with an emphasis on the pay increases through growth.
The goal will be to increase pay during the 1st season by at least $5
By year 2 our goal is to have team members earning between $40 - $50 an hour with bonuses.
Year 3 we’d like to see our team members at $50-$55 an hour with bonuses.
