We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outside Sales and Administrative Coordinator. This hybrid role combines direct customer engagement and sales development with back-office administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives both in the field and in an office environment, is highly organized, and enjoys multitasking in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:Outside Sales (60%):
•Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
•Conduct in-person sales visits and product/service presentations.
•Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
•Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking functions as needed.
•Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Administrative Support (40%):
•Handle data entry, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.
•Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
•Support internal operations including order processing, invoicing, and shipping coordination.
•Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
•Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles.
•Strong administrative or clerical background.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM software experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
