Our PSS business unit is looking for a driven, curious, and relationship-oriented Outside Sales Representative ready to build their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role is perfect for an early- to mid-career sales professional who’s ready to take ownership of a territory, grow accounts, and work directly with the people who make big things happen in the field every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

•

Build strong relationships by visiting new and existing customers regularly - you’ll be the face of PSS in your territory.

•

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and your own creativity.

•

Provide responsive, solutions-driven support to customers - if they need it, you’ll find a way to get it done.

•

Collaborate with marketing to spotlight opportunities and grow awareness of key product lines.

•

Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery and outstanding service.

•

Keep customer data organized and up-to-date using our CRM (yes, we use it every day).

•

Pull reports, spot trends, and use data to drive smart decisions and fuel sales growth.

•

Submit expense reports and projects in a timely, professional manner.

•

Keep your manager and teammates in the loop - we’re better together when we communicate clearly.

What We’re Looking For

•

A working knowledge of the oil & gas, midstream, or industrial supply space is helpful - but grit, hustle, and a willingness to learn go even further.

•

A self-starter with strong time management and follow-through - someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

•

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and teammates alike.

•

Confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating deals - you’re someone who closes with credibility.

•

A team-first mindset. Sales may be your lane, but you know it takes a full crew to win the game.
