Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial settings, demonstrating proficiency in various painting techniques and an eye for detail. This role requires a commitment to excellence, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
•
Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
•
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
•
Execute trim carpentry tasks as needed to enhance the overall finish of painted surfaces.
•
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
•
Restore surfaces as required, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
•
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within specifications.
•
Conduct industrial, commercial, and construction painting tasks with precision.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
•
Proficient in trim carpentry techniques and practices.
•
Strong skills in caulking and surface restoration methods.
•
Experience in industrial, commercial, and construction painting applications.
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
•
Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
•
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
