Overview

We at The Green Plug are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate/Budtender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized store environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in their shopping experience, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals.

Duties

•

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs finding the right THC/CBD product to help them.

•

Utilize effective selling techniques to promote products and drive sales, including upselling when appropriate.

•

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.

•

Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring that displays are visually appealing.

•

Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.

•

Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

•

Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store, including supervising new staff as needed.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.

•

Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

•

Proficiency in cash handling and retail math is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
