About This Job
Construction company seeking full time candidate for busy office. Duties include but not limited to:
Overseeing payables
Getting invoices approved prior to payment
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving possible discrepancies
Ensuring timely payment to maximize discounts
Enrolling vendors onto ACH
Preparing use tax returns
Reconciling credit cards and gas cards
Overseeing subcontractor insurances and ensuring their compliance
Acquiring vendor certificates of insurance
Must have minimum 5 years experience with Quickbooks
Must have 5 years experience in payables
Must be a team player
Must be very organized and able to multi-task
Hours are 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday
