PSE's Planning team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Performance Analyst - Electric Distribution Planning position!

The Performance Analyst position on the Electric System Planning Reliability team focuses on analyzing electric distribution system outage data to support Reliability Planners. This role assists in completing annual reliability reports for the UTC, City of Bellevue, and City of Kenmore, while also helping identify reliability-driven projects for various programs, including the Recloser and Fusesaver programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
This position plays a crucial role in helping PSE meet its electric reliability goals, including Service Quality Indicators (SQIs) 3 and 4. It presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to PSE's mission of better serving our customers.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $111,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
