SCHEDULE (FARGO, GEORGIA & LOUISIANA, USA)

The Scheduler will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This role will ensure that the project remains aligned with its scope, budget, and contractual milestones, while also providing accurate progress tracking and schedule forecasts to support informed decision-making. In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to define activity sequencing, integrating subcontractor inputs, and aligning schedules with estimates and risk assessments.

Additionally, you will support planning and budget control by loading cost and resource data, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and regularly updating schedules to reflect actual progress.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in scheduling, preferably on major civil projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, TILOS, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel is required. The role demands excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly complex environment. Experience working in a joint venture environment is considered an asset.
