Plant Clerk

DEPARTMENT: Jeffrey Energy Center LOCATION: St Mary’s, KS PAY: $30.72

Headquartered in both Kansas City and Topeka, Evergy employs about 4,900 people who are dedicated to empowering a better future. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Plant Clerk at our Jeffrey Energy Center.

Please find below a list of the minimum requirements for the position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am through 4:00pm. It is important the candidates address their qualifications in the documentation submitted for consideration.

Plant Clerk shall be responsible for all normal plant office functions in addition to invoice, commodity, and payroll reconciliation. Plant Clerks will be paid mileage for use of personal vehicles for actual miles driven (excluding normal commuting miles).

Successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
