Plant Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites or other work environments. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed

- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus

- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
