Sea Breeze Energy Producers, LLC is a landfill gas to energy facility in Freeport, Texas. The facility has an 4.0 MMCFD LFG processing plant consisting of 4 Vilter screw compressors, The plant has gas treatment equipment to remove H2S, Oxygen, water and CO2. The Facility was constructed by DTE Biomass in 2018. Gas from the facility is sold to OCI Fuels Limited.

Job Summary

Location: Angleton, TX

This position is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a small to mid-sized plant facility. Includes overall personnel responsibility, managing training programs and overall facility operation and maintenance. Duties include proactive leadership and development of teams to reinforce DTYE’s service Keys: Safe, Caring, Dependable and Efficient while also leading continuous improvement and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and developing employees culture conducive to a healthy work/life balance.

The employee will be required to operate and maintain a DOT regulated pipeline. Employee will be subject to random drug screening during employment per DOT PHMSA requirements.

In the course of working at the plant site, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions, and may work near moving mechanical parts and/or machinery. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate in the office but may become loud at the plant site.
