What You Will Contribute:

Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level? As a Plastic Injection Molding Technician, you’ll play a critical role in crafting high-quality molded thermoplastic parts and components.

In this hands-on position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—setting up, adjusting, and preparing injection molding machines to achieve peak performance and production efficiency.

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. If you thrive in a team environment built on lean manufacturing principles and value workplace safety and organization, we’d love to have you on board!

This will be a second shift (M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm) role at our Milwaukee Wisconsin Headquarters. This role will start at $33.50 with a $0.75 shift premium. We are looking for talented individuals with at least 3 years of plastic injection molding process and set up experience.
