Plumbing Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Supervisor located in Miami, FL. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high-quality standards, able to do a takeoff for an accurate order of materials, and managing a team of plumbers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience (including supervisory roles preferred)

Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state or local law)

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and practices

Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
