•Work safely observing all related rules and procedures.
•Be in your work area by the start of your shift and after breaks.
•Complete tasks at or above standard rate in Plex to achieve department Contribution Goals.
•Learn the different machines capabilities and how to operate machinery.
•Learn our ERP system, Plex.
•Piercing, staking, roll threading, coining, bending, welding, turning, and among other operations could be necessary achieved skills for work in your specific department
•Checking parts in process as required and enter results into Plex check sheets located in the Plex Control Panel.
•Suspect/Defective parts and scrap found lying on the floor must be placed in red scrap containers.
•Follow Plex check sheet escalation when suspect/defective parts are found during processing.
•Read and understand work instructions and gage instructions for jobs, tasks, quality checks and operations being performed.
•Use measurement tools such as, gages, calipers, micrometers, length scales, dial indicators and weight scales to measure and check parts
•Keep work area clean and organized, use typical cleaning tools (rags, brooms, brushes, dust pans, sweepers, scrapers, trash cans) to clean up work areas.
