Location: Perryville, MO | Full-Time | Exempt

Citizens Electric Corporation is seeking a strategic and analytical Power Supply Manager to lead our energy procurement and portfolio optimization efforts. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about energy markets, risk management, and delivering reliable power to communities.


Key Responsibilities:

•
Manage our power supply strategy and portfolio
•
Execute energy transactions and hedging strategies
•
Ensure compliance with MISO market regulations
•
Collaborate on pricing, contracts, and long-term planning
•
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies


Qualifications:

•
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
•
2-5 years of experience in energy trading, power markets, or utility operations
•
Strong knowledge of MISO and energy risk management
•
Excellent analytical, communication, and contract negotiation skills
