Powerline Technicians (PLTs) at Nova Scotia Power are crucial to delivering safe and reliable electricity to our customers. With the growth in our business and customers, we are continuously recruiting for Powerline Technicians for various locations within Nova Scotia Power. We are inviting applicants who are interested to join our PLT team and make a difference in the life of Nova Scotians. To join our labour pool, applicants must have an Inter-Provincial Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate and be proficient in Powerline Technician skills. Applicants who join our labour pool will be expected to apply for specific locations as they become available. Efforts will be made to fill job vacancies from within the workforce first.

Key Elements Of This Role Include
Your primary residence must be located within 30 minutes of your defined headquarters, and you will be available for after hour emergency service restoration, including rotational standby duty and one-person work.
