This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Primary Side Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IB-NDE Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This individual will be focused on day-to-day operations of the primary side groups. Focus will be on outage budget/schedule/delivery along with equipment performance. This person will work closely monitoring both the PM/PE organizations along with the equipment group. They will advise the PLM on issues and develop solutions. Processes will be standardized and passed down to supervisors for implementation. This role will have limited travel unless there are extreme circumstances or in oversight roles. This role will also be very customer facing much like the OM/Customer relations job, upselling products/services and building strong relationships. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
