About This Job

Overview

We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering value through effective sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

•

Execute procurement processes: solicitations, quotes, contracts, and renewals

•

Advise departments on procurement best practices and policy compliance

•

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts

•

Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation

•

Support supplier diversity goals (SWaM spend initiatives)

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

•

2+ years of procurement or contract management experience

•

Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

•
8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
