About This Job

Job Summary:

A Production Associate is responsible for various tasks such as disassembling, operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They play a crucial role in meeting production goals while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Disassembly & Production: Disassemble, package, or inspect products according to specifications.

•

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficiency.

•

Quality Control: Conduct visual and functional inspections to meet quality standards.

•

Material Handling: Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the facility.

•

Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

•

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output and any issues encountered.

•

Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

•

High school diploma or equivalent.

•

Basic computer skills (required).

•

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

•

Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices.

•

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•

Team player with good communication skills.

•

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

•

Forklift certification or being able to be certified (preferred).

•

Must be able to wear a Hazmat Suit and Full-Face Respirator (required).

Work Environment:

•

Exposure to loud machinery, dust and temperature variations.

•

Requires safety gear such as gloves, goggles, ear protection, Hazmat Suit and Full-Face Respirator.

•

Fast-paced manufacturing/production setting.

•

May involve working evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime based on demand.

Other Duties:

•

Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by management.

•

Collaborate with areas to ensure smooth plant operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
