Production Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager provides manufacturing leadership to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure excellence in team performance. This position is responsible for leading a team of 20 across Assembly, Manufacturing, and Production Quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Follow and manages all safety rules and programs. Seek and eliminate any safety risks. + Hold others accountable to safety expectations. + Lead team to ensure orders are completed on schedule. + Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies, minimize losses, and ensure optimal stock levels + Execute cost saving initiatives and motivate team to hit output goals.
