Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in producing and packaging our products by following established processes and safety procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a team setting, and is eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing field.

4 Day Work Week (Monday through Thursday) 10 Hour Days 5:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

•

Operate production equipment to mix, process, and package materials according to batch formulas.

•

Transport raw materials to workstations using forklifts, hand trucks, or manual lifting.

•

Load/unload materials, label finished products, and stack them for shipping.

•

Accurately log production data such as lot numbers, quantities, and processing times.

•

Follow formulas and batch blending instructions carefully to ensure product consistency.

•

Perform quality checks, count finished goods, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

•

Notify supervisors of any material shortages or equipment malfunctions.

•

Follow all company safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills

•

Able to read and understand instructions in English (verbal and written).

•

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

•

Willingness to follow safety guidelines and work in a team-based environment.

•

Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and up to 94 lbs frequently.

•

Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of your shift, actively moving, lifting, bending, and performing other physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

•

Forklift experience is a plus – but not required (we’ll train you!).
