Responsibilities:
•
Lead integrated schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics for procurement support.
•
Conduct monthly status reviews with senior FBI stakeholders.
•
Coordinate across Technical Support, Contract Administration, Cost Analysis, and Risk Assessment teams.
•
Prepare quarterly executive briefings and annual performance reports.
Requirements:
•
U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field. Master’s in Program Management strongly preferred.
•
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
•
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in federal acquisitions or large‑scale program management.
•
PMP certification required.
•
Demonstrated track record managing multi‑year, multi‑disciplinary contracts.
•
Excellent written/oral communication; able to brief executives.
•
Expert in MS Project, JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent Agile tools), and earned value management (EVM).
•
Comfortable with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau).
•
Strategic thinker, analytical problem solver, decisive under pressure, high emotional intelligence.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
•
8 hour shift
•
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
