Position Specific Description

As the Project Director, Competitive Intel – South & East Region, you will be the expert on competitor activity, interconnection trends, and market dynamics within the South & East region (MISO, ERCOT, SERC, NYISO and parts of SPP). Your insights will shape portfolio-wide strategies by equipping development teams with actionable intelligence to optimize project siting, reduce attrition, and improve speed to market. This high-impact role ensures development teams have the intelligence needed to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions.

Employees in this role develop and execute plans for new or enhanced generation projects. This job is responsible for resource allocation, schedules, cost and technical adequacy, ensuring the project or transaction is completed in the most cost effective and competitive manner. This position manages all aspects of the business deal and ensures the project is completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
