Full Tilt Concrete, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Concrete Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and industrial concrete projects. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional project management skills, and a thorough understanding of concrete installation and finishing. The ideal candidate will be able to manage projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage all phases of commercial/industrial concrete projects, from pre-construction to closeout.

· Oversee project planning, material coordination, and scheduling.

· Attend pre-construction meetings, review project plans and specifications, and coordinate with the estimator to align project goals.

· Use project management and scheduling software accurately and consistently.

· Ensure all work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

· Collaborate with superintendents to ensure efficient and effective execution of the project scope.

· Manage project financials, including billing, cost control, and budget tracking.

· Conduct on-site coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.

· Lead the change order process and collaborate with the estimator for budget adjustments.

· Enforce all company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and quality control on each job site.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, foremen, and field teams.

· Conduct project team meetings, safety audits, and owner/architect meetings to communicate job progress and scheduling updates.

· Oversee project closeout, ensuring all necessary documentation and quality checks are completed.

· Regularly travel to various job sites to manage workflow and client expectations.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

· Proficient in technology and project management software.

· Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor and manage teams.

· Thorough knowledge of commercial concrete installation and finishing processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial/industrial concrete projects.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications.

· Strong financial management skills with experience managing budgets, billing, and costs.

· Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen.

· Self-motivated, honest, and dependable with a positive attitude.
