PSE's Project Delivery team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Project Manager II position!

Job Description

The Project Manager II directs and manages the processes and activities of projects that carry medium risk and financial impact. Project development may be guided with the assistance of the senior department staff. The Project Manager II manages and executes projects with a clearly defined scope of work, which may involve multiple internal customers or departments, as well as external customers. This person coordinates and communicates tasks with other departments such as Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting, System Planning, and Energy Resources. This individual may draft medium complexity contracts, monitor contracts and contractors. Additionally, the Project Manager II supports construction-related activities of infrastructure installation or replacement.

This individual upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

The individual in this role demonstrates a commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Additionally, they ensure duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

This job is considered “safety sensitive” as defined in RCW 49.44.240 and is subject to pre-employment drug screening that includes screening for the presence of marijuana and marijuana metabolites.

The pay range for this position is $79,200.00 - $131,700.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
