QA Inspector

Construction Quality Assurance Inspector oversees daily construction activities and examines construction products, materials and overall workmanship for defects or deviations from approved project specifications and contract drawings. The QA Inspector is required to witness activities daily and document in specific detail all work activities assigned him by the Quality Assurance Manager. The QA Inspector must read and interpret construction plans for structures, bridges and roadways and understand construction specifications, engineering tables and other reference material to verify and ensure work is in compliance with contract documents and project specifications. All work is required to be performed in a safe and professional manner.

The QA Inspector works directly with the Contractor's Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, analyzing the construction processes and paperwork for various methods of testing and inspection.
